Dr. Victor Cattolico, a California and New York Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 15 years of experience, holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. He uses a collaborative therapeutic approach, assisting clients in building on existing strengths, setting goals, and creating personalized plans for optimal health and life satisfaction.

Dr. Cattolico uses an integrative, evidence-based psychotherapy approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Family Systems, Meditation/Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, Ketamine-assisted and Psychedelic-assisted Integration Therapy, and Strengths-based modalities. He helps people connect to their inner healer to reduce the impact of a range of mental health and life concerns, including, anxiety, depression, communication and relationship challenges, a history of abuse/trauma, substance abuse and addictions, identity concerns, and life transitions.
